Dan Becker will discuss topics from ASCE’s 2021 publication Engineering Agreement Basics, developed by ASCE’s Committee on Claim Reduction and Management (CCRM). Topics may include: Why have a written agreement? What agreement do I use? Client-drafted agreements, design-build agreements. To allow for enough time to cover a broad array of information, Dan will cover the topic in two sessions.
