Join ASCE for a tour of the Utica Memorial Auditorium, including renovations completed in late 2017.
Completed in 1959, the Utica Memorial Auditorium was among the first of three cablesuspended
roofs in the world and the first to employ a double-layer bicycle roof system
where cables are strung from an exterior compression ring to an interior tension ring held
in midair. It was designated an ASCE Historic Civil Engineering Landmark in 2011.
 
The tour will be led by representatives the Utica Memorial Auditorium.
