2017 Fall Adopt-A-Highway Patrol

Interstate Rt-81
Lafayette, NY 13084
Saturday, October 21 2017 - 10 AM

This is a great opportunity to get outside on a Saturday morning and make the world a little more beautiful. Remember the last time a receipt accidentally flew out your car window? Repay that karma. We maintain a 1-mile stretch of I-81 just north of U.S. Route 20, and a sign is proudly displayed to that effect.

Safety FIRST!  All participants are encouraged to bring your own safety vest and hard hat; extra safety equipment is available for those who don't have them. We provide the bags and the nifty nabbers, but ask that you bring your own work gloves. Long pants and boots are recommended. Anyone under the age of 18 is to be accompanied by an adult (1 to 1 ratio).  We have a First Aid kit.

When: 1 hour patrol beginning at 10:00 AM

Where: Meet in the Parking Lot Behind the LaFayette McDonalds (5961 US-20, LaFayette)

Lunch to follow at The LaFayette Inn (Optional)

(2419 US Route 11, LaFayette)
